If you are not on the list, you are asked to watch from the stands. Players dressing are asked to arrive at least 45 minutes before the game and be ready to warm up (running shoes and athletic wear). Players need to be ready 15 minutes before the game and parents are asked to leave the room for the coaching staff to review the game plan with players and prepare the team mentally.
